Ken
opens the meeting with the usual intro's.
Ken starts off by reminding that this will be his
last official regular meeting as President.
He also encourages members from the general population
to step up and run for a committee, this year. He says
that in order for the club to grow, new blood needs
to pump within the major veins of the club.
Ken thanks the out-going executive members for all
the hard work they have done this year.
Ken gives out the open positions that need to be filled.
They are the following:
- President
- Vice President
- Membership Secretary
- Events Coordinator
- Web Dood
He also reminds the group that you must
have served on the committee for at least a year
to hold
the position of President or VP. AGM info:
- November 12th, Friday
- Dress for the AGM is business/casual
- Raffle tickets
are being pre-sold for $10.00 each. The item
to be raffled is a freezer. (see Ken for
more info)
- Ken explains that all the funds made
from the raffle go back to the club to pay for
venue and
giveaways
and other events we do throughout the year.
- Alan
and Gina Stewart will be our guest speakers
Ken shares a conversation
with the guy from Expedition Exchange. He says that
out of all the clubs in the
US, HLRC give them the best business. Hence the awesome
support from Expedition Exchange.

shows the "Official" invitation Kai
spoke about upcoming events. The events are as follows:
- All British Car Show October 16th @ Traders Villiage
- All
British Car Show held by the Daughters of the
British Empire @ Scottish Rites Pavillion on November
6th.

- Big Bend was the favorite for
the Thanksgiving trip. More info will come later.
